Weekly Email Scheduler Options

Hi,

Our email scheduler works if manually run but does not automatically send weekly updates. We followed the instructions in the BrightWork Reporter Email Scheduler White Paper but no one is automatically getting any of their weekly MyWork reports for the time scheduled.

Do you have any suggestions for trouble shooting this problem?

Hi Lani,

This is often caused by the Account that the task is scheduled to run under, does not have full access to the Site Collection.
If you run the Batch file manually in Windows Scheduler, does it run?
If it does not run, can you check the Permissions of the acount and ensure it has full permissions to the Site Collection.
